Cookie policy
Which technologies this website uses, why they are used and how you can manage consent.
Updated on 27/07/20261. Current website configuration
On the first visit, a panel offers clearly visible options to accept, reject or customise. The decision is stored locally in the browser so it does not have to be requested repeatedly. This preference record is necessary to respect the choice made.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through in the footer.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website may store on or read from a user’s device. They may remember a session or preference, protect a form, measure visits or create advertising profiles.
Similar legal rules apply to other technologies that store information on a device or access it, even when they are not traditional cookies.
3. Cookie inventory
| Source | Name | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| aife.cat | aife_cookie_preferences_v1 (local storage) | Remember whether analytics cookies were accepted or rejected. | Until the user deletes it or changes the preference. | No; necessary to manage and evidence the preference. |
| aife.cat | aife_contractacio | Maintain the authenticated session for the private file or management panel, protect operations and bind the CSRF token to the session. | Session cookie; the server session expires after inactivity according to the access profile. | No; strictly necessary to provide the requested private area. |
| Google Analytics | _ga | Statistically distinguish visits. | Usually up to 2 years, depending on Google settings. | Yes, analytics. |
| Google Analytics | _ga_<ID> | Maintain session state and measure website use. | Usually up to 2 years, depending on Google settings. | Yes, analytics. |
Technical server logs generated to operate and protect the service are not necessarily cookies. Related processing is explained in the privacy policy.
4. How consent works
Google Analytics remains blocked until the user accepts the analytics category. The panel allows users to receive clear information, accept or reject through equally visible actions, configure categories and withdraw or change consent as easily as it was given.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or use of the contact form. When consent is withdrawn, AIFE® attempts to delete Google Analytics cookies for the domain; they can also be deleted manually in the browser.
5. How to review or delete cookies in your browser
You can review and delete cookies and local storage from your browser’s privacy settings. Menu names vary by browser and device.
Blocking all cookies may affect other websites or services that need technical cookies for authentication, baskets or requested transactions.
6. Changes, checks and contact
This policy describes the base version of the website on the date shown. It should be reviewed after changes to code, hosting, integrations or external services.
To report a cookie or technology not listed here, write to info@aife.cat, stating its name, domain and when it was detected.
