Do we need to replace our current ERP?
Not necessarily. Often the best result is to keep the ERP as the core system and build a specific layer that solves processes the ERP does not cover well.
Can you use the data we already have in Access or Excel?
Yes. We analyze structure, quality and dependencies to migrate or integrate them progressively without losing accumulated knowledge.
How is the budget calculated?
First we define the problem, users, integrations and scope. Then we prepare a clear proposal with phases, deliverables, timing and conditions.
Do you also train teams?
